How we share it
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and only for that purpose:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store
- Payment processors, to charge your payment method securely
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, to deliver your order
- Email and SMS platforms, to send the messages you asked for
- Analytics and advertising partners, including Meta, to measure and improve our advertising
We may also disclose your information where required by law, subpoena, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.
Some U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies. To the extent our advertising activity falls under those definitions, you may opt out as described below.

This includes tracking items you place in your cart even if you leave before completing checkout, which is how we know when to send cart reminders.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, with written proof of authorization.

Marketing opt-out
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any text we send. You will continue to receive transactional messages about orders you have placed.

How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, and afterward for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for order and transaction records. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration, and we limit access to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your login. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
